Up;loading routes via SD card to Navnet VX2 from laptop

I use Coastal Explorer on a laptop to plan my trips, and I take it along plugged into the Navnet VX2 MFD (configured for C-Map). I can transfer route from CE to the MFD (in this case a RPD-149) via the data cable, but I would like the flexibility of transferring routes from the laptop to the Furuno via SD card. Is there a procedure for this? I can export routes from the CE in GPX, Maptech RXF, and OpenNav.

The Vx2 doesn't accept GPX. You might be able to use a converter program like "SeaMarks" (www.andren.com) to convert the GPX to Vx2 format. I believe they have a limited trial version you can use to test with.
