RDP149 launch problem

Good day.
I have furuno rdp149 monitor.
Plotter version gd-1920c.
Programm no 195002403.01.04.
map - c-map emm91701.
Now there is a problem with starting the system.
After the splash screen with the boat, we have a black screen and a running blue loading bar.
But sometimes the system boots up and works fine.
If the system boot up and go to the diagnostics menu for run test. The memory tests is ok.
Maybe someone knows how to fix this problem?

If you remove the Chart card from the machine before boot up, does the RDP149 power up correctly every time?

if not, this is a software issue. You can certainly try to update the software in the unit with the links below:

If this does not work either, the unit will probably need to be sent in for service.
