Going from 711C to 300

I want to rip out my almost new 711C and install the 300 AP. What parts can I keep and what do I need to buy.
I know that the processor box as well as the head unit will need to change.
I have the scx20 installed and twin TZT3.
Running Seastar AP with P6010 Type 1 pump.

I would recommend slowing the roll and measure twice before cutting. I don't think you are running a "Seastar AP" are you?
