I would recommend looking over all the MM3 available charts of your area using our Chart download filter at our website. It depends on what your looking for. For wide Navigation needs along with good bathy line charts (fishing charts), I would recommend C-map. For select bathy photo of relief bathy CMOR is very nice but a bit limited coverage area and costs a bit more. Some people buy both. If you have an existing license to MM3 c-map you can get a upgrade price from you dealer (normally half price) normal cost. CMOR charts are purchased directly from CMOR and not aware of any discounts on upgrade.

Yes, even current unlock codes are backwards compatible and will unlock the older loaded map for which the code is designed. It would be recommended to consider upgrading the map to the most current licensed when time is available. MM3-VNA-023 would have been preloaded at that time so unless someone removed it, current purchased unlock code should unlock it. Ensure after unlocking to change the chart type to "C-map" so it can be viewable.

The first link doesn't work: "500 Internal Server Error"
The second link: I see no "Chart Type Filter" on the left side of screen (for TZT39F).
I have a TZT39F... can't find where to download chart updates (I assume those needing purchase such as CMAP will then require key ourchass from deaker. But where to download?)

I have 2024 CMap (Canada West) for my TZT39F. If I update, do I get update at reduced price?
One concern: One has to be careful not to select wrong type of chart. It lists charts (TZ charts) that are not compatible with my TZT39F. An unsuspecting buyer could purchase wrong charts for their TZT3 system.
The website lists ALL maps that are sold by Furuno. One would not select the "TZ MAP" option from the filter unless they have a TZTXL.
For the TZT3 MM3 chart - CMAP you have already have license to, an upgrade is half price of normal price. Just make sure to tell the dealer this an upgrade of an existing license so you can get the discounted pricing.
