Chart page randomly jumping around after latest SW update.

I have a weird one that's happening on a friend's boat. All 3 of his TZT3 16s were updated to the latest SW version via Wi-Fi recently. Two units work fine, but the third unit's chart page shows the chart randomly jumping all around. I have a video but can't figure out how to load it. Video is about 18MB large...
 
Thanks Johnny. Let me get him to update this one from scratch and see what it does. If you want me to email the video to you I can.
 
Just found out this is a TZTXL having this problem. I was confusing his install with his friend's new install with 3 TZTXL 16's. He performed a factory reset and it still has this issue as well as the touchscreen not responding well. He's going to call you guys this AM once he gets onboard to have your tech guys walk him through a few things and try to diagnose it.
