I find myself steering the boat often by just using the rotary knob on my 711 control head. It would be nice to have a rotary control knob in the armrest or on the edge of the dash. Will any of the various TZT remotes work as a rotary control knob?
It would be great if the wireless remote control could have the function of adjusting the rudder angle.
This would make the operation more intuitive and you could know the position of the rudder with your fingers.

I think you could do something close to this if you put an autopilot control in a window on the MFD and use a remote such as the TEU001 touch encoder. Then you could tap the 1 degree arrow on the screen with the TEU. I am not sure if you could do it using the rotary control on the TEU, which would ten be very close to what you are seeking. Unfortunately my boat is hauled for winter and not close to my home or I could give it a try. My 711C control head is close enough to the helm seat that I can reach it so I just use it directly and have only tried using the TEU a couple of times. I have the TEU for managing the MFD, which I cannot reach as easily, and which is much better to use when rough seas make the touch screen more of a challenge.
