Freezing NavNet 3D

I have a Furuno Navnet 3D. It freezes all the time. It was installed in France, service 3 times already and I am still having a difficult time getting them to address the issue. Furuno USA says they cannot help if Furuno France won't agree. Has anyone else had freezing issues on their unit. Looks like I may have to live with a faulty system and trying to make it work. :huh :thumbdown :thumbdown :thumbdown

You have recently been sent an email from the regional manager of Furuno USA involved in this case.
It should be resolved when the boat returns to the States.

I apologize if one of our distributors "dropped the ball" and then proceeded to kick it down the road.
