FI 5001

My anemometer is not reading wind speed. From what I can tell from deck level, it appears the cups are no longer there. Could have been from my local feathered friends or the last hurricane. Does anyone know if the cups are replaceable and who can they be purchased from? Thanks.

Currently are no replacement parts available for the FI5001 Analog Wind Transducer. :noway

Unfortunately you must replace the FI5001 with a new.

I have had 2 of these units fail in past 30 months. the bearing just under the cups is noisy and wind reading wrong I am told to just buy another but surely there is a way to replace the bearing

There isn't any parts sold but if you can find something to repair with that's great. Way back when, we had a few demo units that we could get a few parts like the cups from but that time is passed.
