Communication between DFF1 and PC

I’m experiencing some issues with the communication between my Furuno DFF1 and TimeZero Professional.
Although the Furuno Sounder module is enabled in TimeZero Professional, I’m unable to see the Sounder workspace. I have connected the DFF1 directly to my PC as described in the manual, but no sounder data is displayed.
I can successfully ping the DFF1 module from my PC, so the network connection seems to be working.
Could someone please advise how to resolve this issue? Is there any additional configuration required in TimeZero to enable the sounder display?
Is there any other software I can use to monitor my DFF1 data on my PC?

I would appreciate a lot some help.

We don't support the TZ Pro software. It is supported by the TimeZero company themselves. Here is link to their support page: https://mytimezero.com/contact. There isn't anything else on a computer that can view the DFF1 video for troubleshooting purposes. The only thing would be able to is a Furuno TZT display. Having said that...Please ensure that the computer's IP is set to 172.31.3.150 to see if that helps. If it doesn't see if TimeZero can help. If the DFF1 is suspected bad, the only thing that can be tried is a reset on the DFF1 itself (see attachment). If that still doesn't work, try contacting a local dealer (https://www.furunousa.com/en/company/find_a_dealer) or send the DFF1 in to our service center be checked out (https://www.furunousa.com/en/myaccount/returned_merchandise_authorization).
