CAN bus/NMEA 2000 to NMEA 0183

I recently upgraded my GP1650F with a GP1870F. I’m very happy with the new unit but I’m having trouble linking the CAN bus/NMEA2000 output to the existing VHF Standard Horizon NMEA 0183 for DSC. What is the best way to make this connection?
