TZT16F GPS antenna required or SCX20 suffice

Just starting a large Furuno equipment install and my question is does the TZT16F require an external GPS antenna. Also if it does will the SC20 suffice?

The TZT16F has a built in GPS antenna. Depending on the vessel material and MFD placement/mounting style, you might find that you need an external antenna. The SCX20 is excellent and will more than suffice. It's pretty hard to beat.
