Won’t power up with maps card in

I’ve purchased a used mfd12 and it will power up fine and buttons will all work without the crap card installed.

However once the maps card is installed it is stuck on boot up screen and no buttons will work. Any ideas of some trouble shooting? Have already performed master reset.

Don't boot up with the SD card installed. Boot the unit up and please give me the SW version so I can tell you the max size SD card you can use to load charts.
After boot up: push MENU] -> select "My NAVNET" (bottom selection). Please send me the PROGRAM version listed.

[Titanic II]

This is the latest software version. The Maximum size SD card you can use to load charts is 32GB (formatted FAT32). Once the charts are installed on the MFD, remove the SD card and store it safely away.
