I have a few hundred waypoints off a navnet 3d unit i wish to convert to gpx. is there a program available to convert the csv files to gpx? See attachment example of exported file , take note dashes and formatting issues in export file do not allow easy conversion as lat longs are not in a standard recognised format.

The TZT/TZT2/TZT3/TZ pro can all accept the CSV and save into GPX.
I would suggest a PC program like GPS Utilities or Seamarks (www.Andren.com). I think there are others like gpsbabel that can do it also.
