Want to upgrade to TZ Touch...couple of questions please

Current setup:
B265LH Bronze Thru-Hull CHIRP Transducer - 12-Pin
MFD12 Navnet 3D
DFF1 UHD
DRS 6A Radar - 4' open array
GP330B gps

I do understand that I have to add the PSU 012 for the radar to function as well as updating the DRS software.

My problem is that it is an absolute nightmare to run another cable from the radar to the helm where the display is located.

If I understand the schematic, I have to run a lan wire from the radar motor housing to the PSU and another lan wire from the PSU to the display.
If there is a LAN wire running from the radar motor to the display NOW, can I not just mount the PSU behind the display and add a LAN cable from the PSU to the display?

Yup, just take the existing LAN cable pop it into the PSU-012, and then run a cable from the PSU to your new TZTXL (or hub).

You won't need to use the DFF1-UHD if you're upgrading to the TZTXL units, but you still can if you want to. I would hang on to it, that way if you decide to run a different transducer or if you want to do side scan you can utilize both.

I want the TZTXL 13....Just to be clear the only other items I will need is a network cable the the PSU 012; is that correct?
