Updating software to version 26.11 from 25.11.1

I am unable to update the system from version 25.11.1 to either version 25.21 or 26.11 via USB. A clean USB drive was used, and the system started the file copy process, but the actual update process never started. In the screenshots, it can be seen that only the HTML Package was updated, while the other modules were not.

The update archives were downloaded from the official website.

What is the correct way to update the system, and how can this issue be resolved?

Did you use a PC (NOT Apple) to setup the USB?
Do you have any other MFDs on the network other than this one?
