Hello,

after Update the Plotter not startet

Show Issue QB bios file not found! Maybe you have to upadte a valid boot.img

How i get the Plotter still to work?
Any reset after power on?

I would download the software update on a PC and try again. Ensure that you unzip the folder and place all the files and folders onto the root of the USB.

I agree it sounds like a bad download or someone turned it off before it was fully finished. Upgrading again by USB should resolve but follow the instructions closely.
