I am currently troubleshooting an issue with my Furuno TZT24X MFD (firmware version 1950248-25.11.1). I am unable to access the Seakeeper and Lumishore control pages on the MFD, even though both devices are on the same subnet (172.31.x.x).
When the TZT24X is powered on, it assigns IP addresses to all devices on the network. I verified this using Advanced IP Scanner on a laptop connected to the same Furuno Hub102 as the other devices (see IMG_4988.JPG). Both the Seakeeper and Lumishore units receive IP addresses correctly and are visible on the network.
Additionally, I can successfully access the web interfaces of both Seakeeper and Lumishore through a browser on the same laptop (see IMG_4976.jpg and IMG_4990.jpg). However, the corresponding pages are not appearing on the TZT24X.
Could you please advise if there are any network configuration requirements, firmware dependencies, or compatibility issues that might prevent these devices from being detected by the TZT24X?
