Will the TEU001 and SDU001 work with the TZT13X?

TEU001, Absolutely.
Unsure of the SDU001 but good chance it will. I will try to find out for sure and revert.

I tried the SDU001 with XL and it works perfectly, both slots.

Thanks! Looks like the only thing I would need to replace to make this upgrade is the transducer.

Can you run an external video monitor with TZT13X to mirror the display ?

The small TZT10x and TZT13X don't offer an HDMI output like the larger units. The only possible method to get a mirror of the TZT13X would be to use a tablet and the NavNet Remote app to view and control the unit remotely by wifi.
