TZT13X with NAVpilot 711C

I'm running an up to date TZT13X with a NAVpilot 711C processor version 01.24 color control version 01.06.

The Auto/Standby button on the TZT13X does not appear to work properly. It acts like it wants to go into auto mode but it doesn't and it won't revert back to standby mode. It doesn't look like the last 2 updates for the 711C would have any affect. Am I missing a setting somewhere? Thanks ...

The pilot software is too old for that feature and should be updated with the software posted under the support page of the Navpilot 711C on our website (www.FurunoUSA.com). Once the pilot is up to date the feature should work well for you.

That worked! Many Thanks! You may want to consider adding a bullet to the latest version of the NAVpilot Software History document something like: "Allows Auto/Standby button on TZTX MFD's to function with the NAVpilot 700 series"

Unfortunately, for those of us with smaller boats, we sometimes have to mount things like the NAVpilot processor in places where people my size should never enter for fear of not getting out. Ordered a 10 foot USB printer cable so I wouldn't have to get me and the laptop into that space and remain there for the update process. I forgot how fun it was to put in the tiny screws for the cable shield while in a contorted position. In the end, it all worked out. Thanks again ....
