Can I please get an explanation on how the trip log works? Was using one for total and the other for the days trip but now they seem to be resetting both to zero. Latest software was just installed. Thanks.

They wont reset to zero unless you clear/reset them or factory clear the machine.

Since loading the new software it resets to zero when I shut it down. Problem with my machine or new software bug??

Reprograming of the software will reset the trip log.
It shouldn't be resetting just by turning it off. Anyone else with 3.01 software seeing this?

Tried it twice this afternoon. Both trip meters reset to zero after cycling off/on. How about a tee shirt this time? :jump :jump :jump :wink7 :wink7

I have updated to 3.01 and my trip log is working perfectly. I am not having the issue of resetting to zero when I power off the unit. I am using and FI-70 and which displays Odometer (running total) and trip log 1. I haven't had any issues with them resetting.

It seems we lost a few days of posts. A factory reset had resolved this issue. (FYI).
