Purchased the TZ12 last summer, not adding radar and Transducer. I would like a transom mount ducer with Temp. Fish finding quality would be nice but I primarily cruise more than fish. Would the Furuno TM150M Medium CHIRP Transom Mount Transducer be a plug and play for the TZ12? appreciate your advice. Rick

The TZTL12F built in sounder only uses traditional 50/200 kHz transducers. The only units we currently have utilizing medium frequency CHIRP are the GP1871F and GP1971F. The compatible transducer, similar to what you mentioned would be the 525T-PWD. Transom mount 600W 50/200kHz with temp and will plug directly into your TZTL12F.
