tracks delete everyday?

Can't have that folder sitting on the root of the memory. The items you have after opening that folder should be what is sitting on the root of the memory. The system is not seeing past that folder. That is why the update isn't working.
ok we got the stick to work , updated the machine. Still not saving tracks ? Now what . Its happening to both machines.
Two machines doing the same thing when the rest of the world has been tracking all day; must be something that is being missed like that software update step. I would highly recommend you calling in and talking with technical support while on the boat or get your dealer looking into what is going on.

My mixed system (3 TZT 19's and 1 TZTXL 22) doing the same thing. I turned off Auto track Delete yesterday and will run the boat tomorrow. I'll have to turn it back on because i'm close to full and it's was auto deleting last trip. Watching this closely for a fix

We did some testing and have verified that TZTouchXL has this as a bug with V25.11.1 and based on this thread we will be investigating the TZTouch3 V3.80.1 as well. Everything here points to it being only with the most recent updates. Those with mixed systems could split them by generation and see if the problem occurs on one or both.
In the time until the next updates are released, leave a USB stick in USB1 of the MFD(s) that you use to lay down tracks. Before you power down for the day, save your tracks. Then you can restore them next time you head out.

I tried everything still having a problem also noticed when anchoring my track used to draw my swing , i would let out some anchor line to drop back and it would also show the track swing on anchor, Now when I let out anchor line it erases where i was before letting out line drawas a straight line to the next spot when I stop letting line out.
This is normal and a feature request that I have passed up previously. For a short period of time the track is a very high resolution before it then changes over to the setting in the menu which is a lower resolution.
ok great hopefully a fix comes soon before the end of my season!
