No depth/temp on VX2

Had Furuno convert unit to Cmap and upgrade program but I don't have depth or temp however the sounder does work. Any suggestions? Thanks Charlie

It sounds like user settings need to be re-setup after the unit has been reprogrammed. If you get hung up with all the info in the install manual; I would recommend calling support while you are on the boat.
