New XL 16's power button not working

I just had two 16 XL's installed and the power button on both are not working consistently. The port one is the worst with the starboard being moderately better. Has anyone seen this before?

A little more info: I updated both machines to 25.21 but the issue still persists. When you turn the main DC pain on both machines beep and the powerlight is now lit up. At this point the power button works. You can hit it and the machine powers on, but once it boots up the power lights is either amber or red and it no longer works. You cannot power down the machine. Even if you power down the network from another MDF it does not power down. Any thoughts? These are brand new.
