NavPilot 711C Stuck In SIM

Good evening, I have a 711C Autopilot that is stuck in simulation mode. I have verified the wiring, replaced the processor, control head, and cable and still cannot get the unit to respond or enter into any menu.

Display units will go into sim/demo if your wiring isn't good going into the processor, if you have a bad terminator or no terminator installed on your control head bus, if you have a mis-match of software between the controller and the processor. With the terminator disconnected, OHM the terminator between pins 3-4 to see if you have 120 ohms and also check pin 4-5 are open.
