I have a recently purchased boat that has navnet vx2 running cmap charts. The problem I have is the charts have a cross hatching on areas like Marine national parks and such and it makes it hard to read inside those areas. I’ve been through all the user settings to try to remove the cross hatching but can’t find it, any help would be appreciated.

What version of software are you running in the Vx2?
You are running roughly 2006 software (v1.07). I would recommend you start by bringing the unit up to speed with current software (v4.03). It is the most likely problem of your grief. Newer charts need newer software.
