Good Morning
I must be missing some step


I have set up local network on TZT2 AND CONNECTED TO IT USING BOTH AN IPAD MINI AND WHEN I COULDN'T GET NAVNET VIEWER TO CONNECT I TRIED NY SAMSUNG I7, SAME RESULT, CONNECTED FINE BUT NO JOY TRYING TO USE VIEWER. VIEWER COMES UP ON BOTH DEVICES BUT ALL I SEEM TO SEE IS BUILT IN STUFF ON THE VIEWER. I don't see anything in the tools program to tell the viewer to connect to the tzt2.
I must be missing a step some place. H ave looked for instructions but haven't found them and no helpful videos lol.
Assistance would be appreciated

Once your phone/tablet is properly connected to the wifi of the TZT2; you are connected and only need to run the app. If it isn't working it could be because the TZT2 software is old, the phone/table OS is old, or you got the password wrong. It is best to call into tech support while having both devices and they will normally talk you through the process.
