Navnet 3d replacement sensor issues

Have. 2008 Nn3d black box main with Navnet TZT 9 MFD, DRS radars, Simrad AP and Simrad RC42 Compass and Furuno FA 150 AIS. Changing to TZ Pro with NUC computers and removing the NN3D.
At install of TZ everything worked except Autopilot wouldn’t recognize data/route. When I shut down the NN3D - all of the sensors and radar are no longer on the TZor the TZT 9”. Data sources show NAvNet “connected but data unavailable”. Likewise, radar is not showing onTZ (connected to Ethernet hub1) or on the TZT9” and per TZ Furuno it is connected via Ethernet hub1 and has power to the DRS. Hub is showing data moving but nothing showing up in TZ or TZT9” mfd.
Have an Actisense NBX-1 NMEA to usb connected to the PC which is showing up on device list.
I feel like I am missing something that is stopping the data from flowing when the NN3D is off.
Any help is appreciated!

So when mixing TZT1 with NN3D, the TZT system wasn't allowed to be connected to the 2000 network (because of how the NN3D works). With your plans to remove the NN3D, you will need to make a NMEA 2000 connection between your TZT9 and the established 2000 bus. This should resolve your concern as long as you setup the proper sentences to go out to drive your pilot.

Thanks. I removed nn3d box and put the tzt on the NMEA2000 network. I removed the nn3d from Maretron and re-did the device finder on tzt. Put in a new PSU012 for my second radar (that was powered by the nn3d box before) and both radars are through the Hub1. Connected everything to the new NUC and still no radar and no autopilot. Both radar PSUs show power and cables going into Hub1 show green/yellow good connection.
The only thing I can see is the old nn3d CAN/BUS cable is no longer connected to anything but that should not impact radar?

Not having the NN3D on the canbus anymore wouldn't matter for the radar. Was Jumper J7 put into the PSU12 power supply? (It must be). When you say no autopilot, do you not see the autopilot shown on the CANBUS via the MFD sensor list?

Just focusing on Radar at this point. J7 is in both psu012s. Ethernet HUB1 is lighting up where connected. For some reason radars are just not powering up or showing up on the TZT or the TZ Pro.
Had TZ and Furuno support walk through how it’s set up and TZ double checked all settings and is correct. Seems like an open network connection or a dip switch in the HUB101.
As for the heading and GPS, I put in an Scx20 and connected to the NMEA2k and it is showing up on the TZ Pro but not on the TZT. That is really puzzling.

If using a HUB101 (Designed for NN3D) on a TZT and above system, it must be a -55 model and have all of the sync switches OFF.
Is your HUB101 a -55 (Can not use the -11 or -22 with TZ and up)

The hub101 inside looking at the top right of the circuit board you will see the Furuno lettering and in white it will have a -11, -22, or -55. Only the -55 can be used with TZ and above. If you find that yours needs to be changed out, you could use the newer hub102 or something off the shelf. (network switch like a netgear)

Replaced the HUB with Netgear 108 Ethernet switch. No change and radars are still not showing up on the device list even though the switch green lights are on at the connections. Both PSU012 units are powered up. I have read more about power sync issues and wondering if there is something that needs to be done to make that happen with TZ Pro and TZT?

Is the simrad an old pre-nmea2000 model? I think the rc42 is quite old.
The tz computer ethernet should be configured ipv4 manual to 172.31.3.150/255.255.0.0
Radar is included feature in tz3/tz4 and an extra option in tz5 unless upgraded from tz3/4. Radar will show up as a workspace if it's detected.

Got Simrad working now.
Radar just isn’t showing up on the TZT or on my PC based TZ Pro. Not showing up as a device on the Ethernet for some reason.
