nav net TZ14

I have a question on the TZ14 we installed the unit hooked up power and turned them on,
both screens came on installed Sd card in master had both screens up and running .we then went to other screen on the master and lost total screen just a black screen . the unit powers up but can not see nothing but black screen .
Is their a hard boot up or is the unit NFG ?
second thing have no power to the Sounder and also to the DFF1 we have power to the units
but nothing lights up in the check windows ?????

It seems you have power problems with more than one device, which makes me think something is wrong your boat power system. I recommend that contact your local dealer for service.
