A couple of things to think about here.
First as you are probably aware is that the SS175H-W is a single frequency transducer.
Second, it is a Chirp transducer so its impedance is different than a normal transducer.
Third is where it likes to resonate, around 120-150Khz. Yes I am aware that the specs said 150-250Khz.
Last it is a flush mounted transducer.
Now that I have said all of that will it work in your situation? Honestly we don't have many using that combination here in the States so it hard to say. You can connect almost any transducer to a FCV-588 and get some performance out of it. The bigger question is going to be is it good enough to meet your fishing needs.
