Just ordered the TZT3 9" What maps can you unlock? Do any of them have the relief shading or Reveal?

Ultimately MM3 charts are the format type currently used in NN3D, TZT, TZT2, TZT, and Nobeltec TimeZero, as it has been since 2008 when the NN3D released. Source data possibilities includes C-map, NOAA, ACE, HO, MapMedia, and C-MOR depending on the area. Those who purchased Navionics prior to March 25th, 2022 has those previously purchased MM3 charts to use. Licences are fluid and subject to change, as an example C-MOR will be selling their MM3 licence direct to customers/dealers. I recommend you open a support case direct with tech support because the can be very helpful about talking options in your particular boating area.
