GP33 update from 2.02 to 2.04 doesn’t start

Hello, I carefully checked the forum and try to do as best as I could but I cannot go further…
I have a GP33 in version 2.02 and I have to go to 2.04 to correct date issue, I follow the instructions : on a pc with a usb adapter, I launch the software and the adapter start blinking (maybe waiting for the GP33 to respond). I make the cable and Db9 plug.
I never manage to initiate the transfer. I try to initialize the gps but no success. I am lost for next step

Please show the USB to 232C converter you are using and the wiring. You also need to see what comm port the USB adapter is using and baud rate.

Hello, I use an ATEN UC-232A and the comm port was 3 but I change the Dport in the up.bat to 3 and the led of the adapter was blinking very fast so it seems to work. Comm port is on default speed and I also try on 4800

To be complete, the GP33 is connected with a FRU-10BFFM-02M cable, I take a picture of the connexion.
I put COMM PORT to Comm1 and try with updater from zip in default config. Default value of the port com is 9600, I try to set 4800, 38400, I try to change flow control from none to Xon/Xoff but I never manage to make the update to start.
