GP-330B vs SC-33 for primary GPS input

I have a bunch of available GPS inputs for our TZT3 system. I have both a GP-330B GPS receiver and a SC-33 Satellite Compass.
Which one should I set as the preferred data source for Position, Variation, and COG/SOG?
Is the GP-300B a current device? It looks like it pre-dates TZT3.

SC33 would be the better device and would normally be used as "Perfered". After selection is changed it will take a few seconds for the "Current" device in use to change. The GP330B would be a backup and auto switch over if something were to happen to the SC33 GPS data.
