The front keypad "-" zoom button quit working.

Just purchased this....

How hard is it to replace? Any links or how-to guides?

The link you provided isn't working anymore.

Normally work inside the unit would be conducted by a dealer or the service center. The back of the installation manual has an appendix that discusses how to open the case to install an option ARPA board or video option kit. You might follow that information on how to open the unit to assist in your endeavor.

Even the service manual wouldn't cover exact steps in replacing that panel board but you might talk with your local dealer to see what kind of non-public service information he might be willing to share with you.
