I would inspect your transducer connection and ensure the pins are clean and in good condition. Ensure the transducer face is clear of marine growth and not painteed. See if you can hear the transducer transmitting (ticking). If you don't find anything, you might want to send the unit into the Furuno Service Center for evaluation. There is a flat $100 evaluation fee but if you repair the unit, the evaluation fee is applied to the repair costs. Have you tried doing a factory reset on the unit? (Hold shift + as you power up the unit to find the menu to conduct a factory reset)
