You have picked the right low frequency for R509CLH using the FCV295 at 38kHz. I would recommend using 130kHz for the high frequency side and see how well that works for you..?

I read somewhere that 111-139 are not selectable. Is that correct?

Oh yeah, you are absolutely correct. Both the FCV295 and FCV1150 have locked out these following frequencies to combat inverter noise:
53-65kHz, 111-139kHz, and 171-183kHz.

So I'd try to set the High Frequency on your FCV295 to around 145-150kHz, or you could just set it for 200kHz.
