If your FCV295 was purchased from Furuno USA, then do the following:
1. Put a note INSIDE the box with your FCV295 containing your name, address, phone number, email (optional) and description of the problem.

Sure. Furuno will evaluate the unit for repair as long as it has a serial number. Any unit without a serial number would need to be repaired elsewhere. We don't work on units where the serial number has been removed.
