FCV-295 Help

Hello,

I wanted to see if I could get some help with a FCV-295 that I have recently installed on my fishing boat in Hawaii. I have a Airmar 556TID HDN/SS260 tansducer and wanted to verify the tap settings as LF Tap B and HF Tap A. I also wanted to see if someone could verify that the cable need to connect the temperature sensor in the transducer to the FCV-295 is in fact 000-154-054. And finally, if someone could please verify which wires from the pigtail of cable 000-154-054 connect to which wires on the transducer.

Yes, the tap settings are B for LF and A for HF.

Yes, the 000-154-054 is the correct cable. You would connect the white wire from the transducer cable to black wire on 054 cable AND brown wire from the transducer cable to yellow wire on 054 cable. Then, plug in the 6-pin connector to the speed/temp port on the FCV295 to get water temp.
