FAX 30

I have the MFD12 and the Fax30 connected....how I can use it?
I use the Netgear hub and the led light...but I can't get it on the sceen...

The instructions for how to setup the FAX30 and the MFD12 are contained on one page in the MFD12 Operator's Manual. I have extracted that page and I'm attaching it to my response.
