DRS Radar not showing on TZT14.

Newbie here. My open array DRS radar is not showing up on my 14” TZT Navnet (circa 2012). The HUB 101 and PSU-012 are powered, the FA50 is working. I used to have DRS CAN bus sensors: GP-330B and network sensor: DRS_OPEN that show up but I do not see them any more.

the only thing thats new is that I purchased & installed new maps from a FURUNO dealer. No changes to the hardware or network when everything was working perfectly.

Any help, comments or ideas would be much appreciated.

Thank you

Make sure all your connections are secure.
Ensure the radar is getting 48VDC.
All the dip switches must be set to off in the HUB101.
That would be the first steps to check.

Verify the series of the hub101 is a -55, because the older NN3D -11 and -22 can not be used on the newer TZ systems.

Thank you very much for tbe input & comments. I checked all connections, dip switches, fuses, J7 connection and hub 101 versions. All seemed fine.

My next action is to climb up on the hardtop and check the connection directly into the radar unit. This connection is protected inside the mast.. unlikely to have come loose? I will have to unbolt a lot of stuff to get to it but at this stage I have no choice.

Maybe it’s an issue with one of two IF-NMEA2K2 or two FI5002. I am not sure how to test these devices.

Thank you again to everyone

Those devices should not effect your radar connection.
When you go up the mast to check power, it would be good to drag an Ethernet cable up with you. That way, if you have good 48VDC at the radar, you can try bypassing the Ethernet cable onboard with a known good one. Plug this into the radar and the HUB101.

Thank you all very mich for the assistance. Due to heavy weather, I just got back on the boat yesterday. I believe that radar gets its power from a PSU-012 unit (12volts). Two wires run from the PSU-012 unit, a black cable that looks like a nmea cable-type and an ethernet cable. The 2 cables run separately for 2 feet then merge into a single double cable.. that double cable goes all the way to the radar. I tracked and checked the cable all the way to the hardtop where the radar is bolted . Everything looks intact.

I also noticed that my TZT is getting the location through the FA-50 and not from the GP-330B. Also. My WS-200 is not active. So it seems that my radar, GP-330B and WS-200 are all inactive. Even my PB200weather sensor is inactive, but I don't worry about it these days with Starlink onboard.

Any comments or ideas would be much appreciated.
