Cross talk 28 khz and 38khz

Is it possible to run 28 khz and 38khz on fishing vessel with out cross talk does moving a transducer to other side of the boat help

Because they are not the same freq or close harmonic, they should work well together but physical distance always helps not just for power/freq but for prevention of water turbulence between transducers.
