Configuring new(used) RDP-148

The boat I just purchased has two RDP-148 display units. One is working fine. It receives GPS data and displays radar data. The second one died (long ago) from exposure to saltwater. I purchased a used RDP-148 unit (claims to be fully tested). It powers up and passes test. However, it does not receive network or NMEA data (no position fix). The primary unit is working fine.

Are there additional tests or is there configuration menu I can go through? Is there a way to reset to factory defaults and run the configuration wizard?

Hold down the clear button while powering up and it will clear the memory.
