Cell Phone Connection

I have recently upgraded my cell phone from a Iphone 6 to 7 and my MFD TZ will not connect to it as a hotspot to check for upgrades or download weather. Has all the password etc correct. Worked fine with my last Iphone. Any ideas.......

First off try forgetting all networks.
Turn off the WIFI for a few minutes. Turn it back on and try again.

Also, while the weather feature is great, don't rely on the WIFI for software updates or even acknowledging current software version. That is best checked on our website.
