Can you have 2 blackboxes

I plan on getting the dff 3d uhd black box with the dff3d 165t/275lhw-12p transducer. I also want to add dff 1uhd + to get bottom discrimination and accufish. Will i need anything extra...can my multi function transducer work for both black boxes.

The 165T/275LHW-12P will work for the DFF3D (165T) and the DFF1UHD+.
However, Accufish and Bottom Discrimination require a CW (50/200) transducer.
You can connect a medium frequency CHIRP and a 50/200 to the DFF1UHD+ to give you a CHIRP image with the Accufish and Bottom Discrimination.
For that I would suggest a 165T-50/200-SS260 and something like a B175M. We would need to know your boat make/model and see some pictures to make a good recommendation.

The boat is a North Coast 255 HT. It has a motor bracket so that is why we plan on having the 65T/275LHW-12P installed with a pocket mount to give transducer clean water. The boat bottom is a bit tricky since it has a 2.5 inch protrusion down entire bottom. The bilge access is very roomy for working on pocket for transducer

That transducer will work well but like I mentioned, no Accufish or Bottom Discrimination.
