Advice on TZT2 Setup

Have a 27' CC on order and looking to purchase the electronics. Plan is to go with a TZT2 12' (maybe 15 if I can convince the boss). Will also add the DRS4DL and a Fusion 700. Two pieces I'm trying to figure out are the VHF and transducer.

VHF: Friend has a Ray70 he'll give me at a heck of a deal, but not sure if it will interface with the TZT2. Anyone know? If not, any recommendation on VHF w/ AIS that has a smooth interface?

Transducer: Simply have no idea. Fishing will be a mix of bay and offshore. 20 - 1000+' to include deep dropping from 600-1000'. Any suggestion on a transducer that would allow me to utilize the TZT2 features. (prefer something that mounts flush, but will do high speed fairing if rq'd.)

It should network due to the fact it is nema 2000. But who knows. As we are learning as the technology races forward these things talking to one another is not as easy as we thought.

Lots of transducer options can be found under the TZT2 product (accessories - transducers)

The radio (if using NMEA 0183 like most) will not be an issue because the TZT2 has an 0183 output to drive GPS to the radio.
