Adding a Dff3d with a165t-b54

I'm in the process of installing a dff3d and pocket mounting the 165T-B54 in my keel seeing as I don't have a good place for the transom version and not able to use the fairing block my question is I already have the b175hw low profile tilted will I be able to still use this transducer on my tzt3 I plan on getting the new tzt9e in the near future suppose I could move it to that and my side scan over to the new machine later any suggestions
