585 shift range & temp graph

Is it possible to display the bottom reading when displaying only the top 400' of water over a depth of 1000' ? Also is it possible to increase the diameter of the temp graph, it needs to be bolder for better viewing. Thank You, Bob

Thank you for your questions. The short answer is that the bottom needs to be displayed to get a digital depth on the FCV-585. What may help is to repartition the 585 displays and then use the marker zoom. I agree that if you are using a white back ground the light blue of the Temp graph can be difficult to see. Two things may help here, one is to turn on the digtial temp box and the other is to change the back ground color for better contrast.
