1761 problems

Ok I have a 1761 open array, the display unit will power up without radar cable connected, so I thought maybe there's a problem with array so I disconnect plugs at array and tried to power up and nothing, I took a meter and ohm the cable out and no wire was broken checked fine, what should I try next?

If it powers up without the cable, then with only the cable attached it won't, you clearly have a problem with the cable. The wires ohm good but it seems like you need to be checking for a short between wires which can cause the problem. Check each wire and ensure it is not shorting to any of the other wires.

yup I had a few wires touching somewhere in the cable, I guess when the guy removed it must have got damaged but all is good now and working great
