1623 - Antenna NG (0)

Hi guys

I have a 1623 antenna that isn’t working. Unit has about 70hrs on it.

No heading Pulse, No Bearing pulse on start up

I ran the scanner test a few times and get what you see one the photo.
Antenna : NG (0)

Opened up the dome and and getting no rotation. I can hear the fan is on.

If I move motor by hand am I turning CW or CCW?

Replace the motor?

Let me know what you guys think

Make sure you are running the selftest twice, I believe there is a note that says it is normal for that to be NG the first time around. It could be the motor or the board that provides the stepper voltage to the motor. I would recommend having your dealer or Furuno service center evaluate it so you don't purchase something that it might not need.
