1623 and RBS-0093 No heading pulse

I'm getting the error message No Heading Pulse on my 1623 radar with RBS-0093 antenna. I did the self test and getting the following:

Antenna status OK (45)
Heading OK
Bearing OK
0.00 RPM
Total on time 59h
TX time 43j

When on TX mode the screen displays my surroundings for a second or two, then the message appears. I am guessing from the 0.00 RPM that the motor in the antenna is not working and the antenna is not turning. Is there anything else that I should do before I take the unit off the boat and send it to a service centre?

I would recommend opening the dome cover with the power OFF and checking if the belt is in place and you can turn the array freely by hand. If you can and the belt is good, then I would recommend sending in the display and the dome to service. (no cable needed to be sent)
